Keeping pace with changing consumer behavior, while marketing within the ever-changing media landscape, keeps Brad Wilson agile as he balances short- and long-term goals.

About Brad Wilson

Brad Wilson is Executive Vice President, Growth and Revenue for WarnerMedia, responsible for achieving subscriber goals and revenue targets for HBO Max and future direct-to-consumer services, working both domestically as well as with regional business teams internationally. He was named to this position in June 2020.

In his current role, Wilson leads Growth Marketing efforts, utilizing data-driven marketing strategies with the goal of accelerating customer growth, engagement and retention, in addition to overseeing the data, insights and operations teams, bringing together data science and engineering, consumer intelligence and programmatic marketing expertise across the direct-to-consumer organization. In addition, he recently added oversight of Media Strategy and Planning for HBO programming.

Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Wilson served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Disney+, where he helped launched the brand’s first SVOD service across the U.S. and international markets. He was also responsible for launching the Disney Bundle service, combining the Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu services into a single bundled consumer offering.

Previously, Wilson served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Customer Operations for LendingTree, where he built a culture for accelerating customer acquisition and vastly improving repeat revenue. During his tenure, he helped the company achieve record revenue and record profitability while driving deeper customer relationships with new capabilities across the company’s personalized app experience, myLendingTree. Brad has also held senior roles at Expedia, Nutrisystem, Inc. and Match.com, and delivered meaningful subscriber growth, drove higher customer lifetime value and improved efficiency across multiple channels and brands within each business.

Wilson previously served on the Board of Directors for U.S. Auto Parts Network. Brad received his M.B.A. from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and was honored as the Outstanding Young Alumni in May of 2013. He is also a graduate and alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
